What you'll learn in this macaron class:

The French Macaron- a small cake, crunchy and mellow-is made only with almonds, sugar, and egg whites.

Do you dream about beautiful macarons? Well you can now indulge in your fantasy during our new 3-hour hands-on macaron making classes. At the end of the session, students will be able to take home these icon French creations to share with family and friends. 

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the class will be honored with a full refund. Students who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

    Nice and friendly atmosphere. The chef is very nice, easy to follow his instructions. He checked on all the students. The French macaron were fun to make and they tasted delicious. Very happy to be in that class.

    Chef Michael's Macaron course was a lot of fun. We had a total of 5 people in the class which enabled us to ask a lot of questions. He provided chocolate, wine, and water while we learned how to make macarons. He gave a lot of great tips on what to do when making them. It took the full 3 hours as he would demonstrate first and then we all made our own batches. I highly recommend taking the course.
