I loved it. Suuz was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the purpose of the fitness program. While doing the exercises, she explained where one would feel the stretch, ensured form was correct, and did not push me beyond my abilities. The facility was nice, clean and the atmosphere was very calming (which was important for the type of fitness program). I will definitely be taking more classes with her. -
