Shelly was so knowledgeable and provided so many tips and tricks for making successful yeast breads - we all felt like we were in very good hands, and completely enjoyed the experience. And the bread is delicious! The timing of the class was perfect. I definitely want to take more classes at The Good Food Project. A-plus all around.

  What a great class! I bake sourdough regularly because I have IR. I learned so many tips and tricks. I recommend the class for any level of baker!! Very clear and well designed class, so that you are able to work through EVERY step. Chilly puts a great deal of prep work in to have each step prepped to a point so you see the entire process and have one baked to take home and you you will bake at home. Thank you!

I left with a much greater understanding of my camera and the confidence to experiment and learn further on my own.
