This program offers an array of excellent programs to train mediators. I strongly recommend the court divorce mediation internship as a way to obtain practical experience. Josh Hoch is a thoughtful mentor who is generous with his time. -
Forty-Hour Weekend Mediation Training
I have participated in several basic and advanced mediation trainings and internships in several locations in Boston and Cambridge. I strongly recommend MWI. Josh and Marcus provide well-organized, thoughtful workshops at the Liberty Square location. The case scenarios are designed to elicit deep analysis. I have observed Josh providing valuable feedback to new mediators. His internship program at a divorce court provides an excellent opportunities to learn both skills and law. Josh is generous with his time; he is always available to provide professional mentoring. In addition to providing formal mediation training opportunities, Josh has also created a community where mediators receive ongoing professional development and networking. He offers a monthly lecture series in which participants hear about fascinating topics, such as neurobiology. Josh goes 'above and beyond'.
