Chrisi Hagar

Teaches at WEBS - America's Yarn Store

Chrisi Hagar is a mom of 2 boys ages 13 and 16 and a resident of Braintree. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Studio Art. She is a trained Mindfulness Educator through Mindful Schools as well as being a Massachusetts K-12 certified Art Teacher. 

In addition to teaching Chrisi is a freelance UX designer, jewelry designer and swim team photographer. She holds several U.S. Patents for her work designing healthcare software. She was a featured designer in Fashion Manuscript Magazine in November 2008 for her work designing jewelry for various awareness causes. Chrisi has been drawing, painting and creating for as long as she can remember. She wants to teach children that art is more than being good at drawing and painting. It is about using your creativity to solve problems using different mediums. She believes that creativity cultivates Mindfulness and she teaches kids how to build tools to find strength and happiness from within. For additional info go to http://www.chrisihagar.com
