Lee Pavlicek Jr, group fitness instructor at Brooklyn Boulders, is a certified personal trainer and unconventional fitness enthusiast. His ability to integrate his 15 years of martial arts experience as well as his background in rock-climbing allows him to create a truly unique workout experience that has ranged from conditioning an entire mixed martial arts team to one-on-one mentoring with special needs clients. Lee is currently in pursuit of his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience while following a pre-medical track. He holds both a certification in personal training from the International Sports Sciences Association as well as a CPR and AED certification from the American Heart Association. Lee is a highly trained individual that contains a keen ability to combine cliental goals’ with an unconventional twist in order to generate an exceptional workout environment and promote comprehensive success.
