Description

Come learn the correct way to work with gold in our beautiful studio. All students will be provided with 14k yellow gold and 14k hard solder. You will love working with gold once you learn its secrets. Each soldering bench is professionally equipped with an oxy*propane torch, lighting and air filtration.

This class will highlight the differences between successfully soldering Sterling and Gold.

Students will make a 14k ring with a 4mm bezel set faceted stone from an ingot. Smelting 14k from 24k, pouring of ingots will be demonstrated and explained in detail Metallurgy of Silver and Gold will be covered in detail.

Students should not wear loose clothing and should be able to tie their hair back. Students should provide for a packed lunch.

Refund Policy

Refund less 5% cancellation fee will be issued if cancellation notice is received 6 business days prior to the start of reserved class.
Full credit will apply for (1) year if cancellation is received less than 6 business days prior to the start of reserved class.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non refundable registration fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
