Join us for a daytime delight as we explore the art of brunch cocktails! From classic favorites like mimosas and Bloody Marys to intriguing variations and refreshing picks like Aperol Spritz and Paloma, discover the perfect libation for any daytime occasion.
Playtime in the daytime! Whether it be brunch, Mother’s Day, graduation, there are a lot of festivities happening right now. In this class, we will be enjoying all manner of pick-me-ups. Mimosas and the omnipresent Bloody Mary may take the spotlight, but there are a myriad of drinks made for daytime enjoyment!

There are no refunds or school credit issued when fewer than 48 hours’ notice from the class start date is given. Prior to 48 hours’ notice, a full refund is available, minus the transaction fees. The Institute of Culinary Education reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment.
In case of cancellation, all students will be notified and a full refund will be given.
There are no make-up classes.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
