The courses are available through hands-on workshops that teach excellent recipes and techniques. Both courses are an excellent virtual experience with the convenience of online learning and working within your own home and kitchen. However, there are some disadvantages to virtual baking courses, such as needing to buy your own supplies and ingredients.
