  Really enjoyed the experience. Learning the controls and navigating the camera was what I wanted to accomplish by taking the course. Adding the next session which allowed me to experiment and apply techniques learned from the previous session was most beneficial to better understand the different aspects of the camera.

  Loved this class! It's amazing how complicated digital cameras and photography are today. I learned so much in this class but still have a lot to learn. The teacher was really chill and made learning and asking questions stress-free.

  The class was worth my time. The setting (Griffith Park Observatory) was perfect for instruction. The instructor was knowledgeable and helped me to understand how to make the most of the limited options available on my digital camera. I would recommend the course.

  Amazing! I am a very visual learner so I was a bit nervous about a virtual class, but Francisco provided many visuals with EXCELLENT descriptions to help us learn. Within just 5 classes, I went from not knowing anything about photography (aside from auto) to knowing how to take real images on manual settings. I HIGHLY recommend this class, and I will be back to take advanced classes soon. Thank you!

  Scott is a great instructor. He was very clear and explained everything really well. I am so glad I took his class. So much so I stayed for the next class, on composition. Had a great time and learned so much. I am looking forward to taking more classes at the Digital Photography Academy.

  The class was great! The instructor was very patient and very knowledgeable. I would take this class again. I just wish they would not have switched the class room location on the last day of class. ELAC is the one that needs to make sure that doesn't interrupt the classroom venue in the future, for the sake of continuity. Other than that detail, all went well.

  Jeromy is an excellent photographer and teacher. The one-on-one setup of the course makes it easy to ask specific questions and get detailed answers that you can learn and practice hands-on— everything from camera settings to shooting techniques and more. I would recommend this course to photographers of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
