Fondant Cake Decoration

This is a five section class but the teacher took the whole first class to talk about how she became a baker. She did give everyone chance to talk about what brings them to her class, but most of the time she talked about herself. She provide the fondant for the second class, we learned how to master and cover the cake with fondant. In general, I do not feel inspire by the way she decorate her cake as well as the way she taught us. I gave this class 3 stars because I have chance to master and cover 4 cakes in 4 classes. She provided some simple tools, most of the tools you will need to buy. Compare to the class I took in Joanns, I like Joanns ' class better. The tuition is 3 times cheaper, and the designs I learned make me feel I do not waste my time.
