Refund Policy

Refunds only given if a class is canceled by Chef Eric.

If you are unable to attend a class that you have already registered and paid for:

We will give you a credit toward another class of your choice if you notify us at least 3 business days prior to class time. This credit will be valid for one year.
Or, you have the option of letting a friend attend class in your place – just send us the name by email at least 2 business days in advance.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
