What you'll learn in this mexican cooking class:
Ground beef tacos? Taco ’bout boring! Join us at the farmhouse as we turn up the heat and spice things for a healthy twist on Mexican! We’ll show you how to up your taco game with easy and delicious taco varieties that are sure to please any crowd! Say goodbye to processed seasoning packs and hello to fresh, vibrant and local flavors!
Guests will enjoy our organic Cheesy Spice™ popcorn or Nourished Party Mix™ upon arrival. You’ll also receive a serving of each dish prepared. Available for purchase by the glass, we feature a variety of artisan wines from around the world which are biodynamic, sustainable or organically farmed.

- Mexican-style cilantro and pepita hummus with warm, chili-spiced tortilla chips (GF, DF, VG, V)
- Crunchy romaine, quinoa, sprouted black bean and corn salad with lime-orange-honey dressing (GF, DF, VG, V)
- Wild-caught, white fish tacos with tequila-lime marinade, spicy lime slaw and avocado mash (GF, DF)
- Smoked lentil, onion and sun-dried tomato tacos with fresh pico de gallo and optional* avocado crema (GF, DF*, VG, V*)

All cooking classes, lunch & learns, and aromatherapy events are confirmed upon completion of registration, and sales are final. Due to upfront cost of goods, and to maintain smaller and more personalized classes, we appreciate your understanding that we don't offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However, your reservation is fully transferable, so you're welcome to have someone else attend in your place without notice.
Nourished® reserves the right to cancel a cooking class, lunch & learns, aromatherapy event or coaching session. Our staff will contact you by phone or email to issue a full refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee or to reschedule.
