  • Forest Bathing Experience

    Michelle M. • September 11, 2023
This was my first experience but I have done a lot of research on forest bathing. Sally did a great job! She is so kind and generous and even stayed a little after to talk to me about how I am trying to set up a business of my own around forest bathing. My only suggestion is that the gardens provide a detailed explanation on where to find the group. I was 15 minuets late because I am not the greatest map reader and had to figure out where to go once I parked. Maybe drawing on the map or suggesting a specific parking lot would help. It was a beautiful day and I am SO glad I attended!

  • Make a Bonsai Tree

    Dan K. • June 28, 2022
The Make a Bonsai class at the Color Cocktail Factory in Pilsen was pretty cool. The venue was lively on a Saturday night, with multiple classes happening simultaneously. Everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. The instructors were all friendly and helpful (maybe spread a little thin though). My partner and I enjoyed our class as well. It was an interesting way to get creative, enjoy a few beers, and go home with a tiny tree. They imparted us with the skills to make more bonsai (if I fail to keep this round alive). I'd recommend the class. You will get a little dirty and poke your fingers some though, fyi.

  • Fun and Easy Tarot - Learn to Read Tarot

    Anonymous • February 7, 2021
Fun, comprehensive, and very spiritual. Our instructor definitely knew her stuff, she's the real deal as an astrologist and tarot reader. When we were there she broke down how both are intertwined and helped us delve into our signs, and houses and such (I'm a real novice!). It was very informative, after that we were walked through a reading that was incredibly accurate for our first time! I can't explain the class well enough except to say if you're interested in either astrology, tarot, spirituality, or just something different, you should take this course.

  • The Art of Dynamic Speaking—2-Day Workshop

    Sheryl F. • December 13, 2019
Hi Laura, Thank you so much for the donation to IFAW, that is so very generous of you and greatly appreciated! I had a great time last week, I will definitely go and leave a positive review and recommend this course to others. I will have to work up the courage to watch the videos (heh – I think that is harder than actually giving the presentation sometimes!) but I will do it, and I am going to try thinking about life as a series of stories and practice keeping my ‘inner voice’ in storytelling mode, maybe it will help identify stories to tell! Thanks again for everything! Best, Sheryl F.
  • The Art of Dynamic Speaking—2-Day Workshop

  • Learn to Love Public Speaking—1 Day Workshop

    Xia L. • December 13, 2019
Hi Laura, I have learned so much from you and I really appreciate all your advice! Seeing my video is definitely helpful. Although I still have a lot of weaknesses in public speaking, now I know where to start and what needs to be improved. Thanks for teaching me the wonderful tips. I will recommend this class to my peers.
  • Learn to Love Public Speaking—1 Day Workshop

    Melode R. • December 13, 2019
Laura was amazing! Would recommend this to anyone who is involved in public speaking.
  • The Art of Dynamic Speaking—2-Day Workshop

    Ron S. • December 13, 2019
When you're intimidated by something like public speaking, it's so easy to feel alone--which just compounds the anxiety. But meeting you guys and being reminded that many of us are in the same boat--and more importantly--that it's something we are working to overcome was a big part of what I took away from this experience. Thanks for your bravery. I found you all inspiring. Thanks, Ron
