John has more than 20 years of experience in education, personal training and human service. He is a licensed Special Education teacher and high school psychology teacher in the State of Virginia. He has worked extensively as a behavioral modification specialist, transition specialist and special education teacher specializing in ADHD, ADD, emotional disturbances and other at-risk populations.

John is also a certified master personal trainer with 20 years of experience. NSCA and NCSF certified trainer and professional member.

As a certified hypnotherapist and certified NLP practitioner, John is able to help others fully integrate and develop their mind, body and spirit. Helping others to create a balanced portfolio of skills to help them change individual and family behaviors to help them realize a more self-actualized life.
