What you'll learn in this culinary (meals) class:

Learn to master healthy cooking with masala, a super spice mix that is a staple of Indian cuisine. One of our most popular classes!
  • Masala Dosa (GF): thin crepe stuffed with spiced potatoes and onions, served with chutney
  • Chana Masala (GF): a chickpeas-based, high-protein Indian dish and Arya Bhavan favorite
  • Masala Tea (GF): Indian spice tea
(GF) means the recipe are gluten-free or can be made gluten-free and you will be taught how to do so.

Note:
All classes are held at Arya Bhavan Restaurant and include instruction handouts, a cup of Indian tea and tastings of the recipes.
