Our 8 Hour ServSafe food protection class is nationally approved and designed to teach the food service manager all aspects of food service sanitation from purchasing to serving the customer.
Special emphasis is placed on common pathogens, personal hygiene, rodent and insect control and principles of safe and sanitary food handling.
In addition, the curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of local, state and federal guidelines.
Note: Classes begin at 9:00AM with your exam at 4:00PM.
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the class date to receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future class. Credits are honored up to 6 months from registration. In some instances, due to limited enrollment or circumstances beyond our control we may need to reschedule the class. We will inform you within 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled class date.
