We're in love with foods

  • We love high quality food and drink. We love the stories about it, the people who produce it, the places it comes from.
Food unites us all
  • Good food brings all of us together, and helps us find a common point of view.We believe that one of the greatest sources of joy is what happens around a dinner table.
Our passion has become a job

  • We've dedicated our daily lives to promoting a real understanding of high-quality food and drink. How lucky are we that we get to do what we love?
The secret to quality of life? Quality products
  • By creating and offering the best products, we improve our own lives, and bring added value to yours. Enter a world dedicated to quality: that means quality food, quality drink and ultimately quality time.
Our target audience is everyone
  • Whether you're here to buy a loaf of bread, prepare for a lavish dinner or sit down to enjoy a meal, we want this to be your place. We want you to be comfortable, happy, and enriched by every visit.
Eat. Shop. Learn
  • This is a store with stories. Here, you won't just discover what you love, you'll also learn about what you love.
We're in this together
  • What you choose every day determines what we'll stock on our shelves over time. When you demand quality products, you support the local farmers, fishermen, butchers, bakers, and cheesemakers who produce them. You create a better environment—for eating and beyond.
Our three promises to you

  1. Choice: We offer a diverse selection of quality food and drink
  2. Accessibility: We are dedicated to offering the best products at the lowest possible price points.
  3. Knowledge: We feel that it's not just important that we know everything about what we sell and serve, but that you also learn about the products we are so passionate about. We share with you the stories of the people and places behind all that we offer. The more you know the more you enjoy.
Your trust is earned everyday

  • In all ways, we promise to be scrupulously honest. We'll never encourage you to buy more than you need or more expensive than you can afford.
The end goal
  • Our goal is to have you as our customer for a lifetime. The easiest means to that end is offering the best food and drink as well as the best environment in which to discover and expand your tastes.
On that note, we look forward to seeing you again very soon!

Attended: Knife Skills

Wasn't sure if I really needed this class but ended up learning more than I thought I would. Great instruction, small class which allowed for questions and help, have already started using my new skills.

Sausage Making 101, Hands-On

Attended: Sausage Making 101, Hands-On

The sausage making class was really fun! The atmosphere was very casual and I didn’t feel any pressure as someone who doesn’t really cook. I enjoyed how we were able to taste the sausages before picking the flavoring for the ones we were making. The end of the class dragged on a bit as there were about 20 people waiting around for 2 sausage makers, so I would suggest a change to help that. But overall, I would take another class at Eataly in the future!

Hands-On Fresh Pasta-making 101

Nice introductory class; both hands on and demonstation format. Chef was knowledgeable and kept group on task and on schedule. Left class with new skills and lots of recipes. Would certainly recommend this class to orhers.

Hands-On Focaccia

Attended: Hands-On Focaccia

The class was fun and interesting. My only complaint is that the recipe we were given to take with us did not match the recipe we used. To omit the initial olive oil on the ingredients list is an egregious error that someone should have caught before printing. It took an observant classmate to bring it to our attention. You're better off googling a focaccia recipe. Which should be a major embarrassment to an Italian cooking school.

Hands-On Arancini

Attended: Hands-On Arancini

When I signed up for this class, I was hoping to learn how to make Arancini from scratch. Learn how to make risottos for Arancini which is a important part of making it. Not How to Roll them... Everything was premade. I was truly very disappointed. Didn't even get to fry them.. I made an extra trip to go to Downtown Eatly to learn but nothing!! I could have learned like this on YouTube, instead...sadly! The instructor was nice...

The class was great. The instructor was great. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the background music in the space occasionally made it difficult to hear.

Attended: Hands-On Arancini

Internet said it was an hour class. Was disappointed that the rice and filling were already prepared. All we had to do was roll it into a ball and bread it. I thought there would be more hands-on and learning. I am still interested in attending classes. Chef Josh was very good.
