ADULT-Aerial Silks Level 1 (ages 12+ must have taken Intro to Aerial Silks)

Aerials and silks take the term "suspension of disbelief" to another level. You'll get fit and have fun doing things no one else outside the Cirque du Soleil can do. Come see for yourself what this amazing way to train is all about. A challenging gymnastic workout focused on the upper body and core.

Learn new and diverse techniques for climbing and moving the body on ropes, fabrics or any vertical element. Includes strength training, core skills and beginning level tricks. (Those with experience may learn advanced moves.)
