Join Chef David in this interactive hands-on cooking class designed to teach you how to prepare a complete steakhouse dinner at home, featuring signature preparations and sophisticated sides with an impressive dessert finale.
With Chef David's expert instruction, you will develop expertise in critical techniques, including the execution of a perfect steak crust and the creation of an indulgent chocolate dessert. Your meal will begin with chilled shrimp cocktail accompanied by a zesty house-made sauce, followed by a meticulously seared New York strip steak finished in a cast-iron skillet. You will plate your entrée alongside a loaded twice-baked potato and charred broccolini prepared with traditional bagna cauda preparation. The meal concludes with a warm chocolate lava cake with a molten center.
You are welcome to bring wine and beer to complement your dining experience during the class.
