For People Who Don’t Like Museums
Museum Hack tours focus on the incredible works hidden in deep dark corners. Our renegade tour guides will tell stories to keep you engaged in awesomely unconventional ways.
We Hacked It
Our un-highlights tour puts an alternative spin on the museum, featuring other sides to the highlights we love, as well as some of the strangest, wildest, sexiest stories hidden throughout the museum. Each Museum Hack tour is customized based on the audience. Because we have small groups, the guides can modify the agenda based on your experience.
We promise you will have an active, fun, engaging session. 110% satisfaction guaranteed.
Note: Museum Hack tours are for adults only. Minimum age is 18. Attendees under 18 will not be allowed to attend and may be turned away.
A highly recommended tour. I enjoyed the two hours at the Met with our knowledgeable guide Elizabeth. Elizabeth made our learning experience a joyful one. Do not miss it.
The fact that you are offering these Great Classes - A POSITIVE
This was an eye opener for anyone interested in the arts......a must do
This was very, very informative and it was great to meet the guide and other participants. it is a great idea. the guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The museum was quite busy when we were there, but it did not impact the tour. The timing was about right, long enough, but not totally exhausting. It is actually shocking how few women artists are at the Getty, so this tour is a step to nudge the Getty to acquire more female artist's work.
This was so much fun! The stories were amazing, including some additional information on well known women of NYC. I loved that there were a mix of ages, genders, and experiences in the group. It was a whirlwind so make sure you bring good walking shoes.
So much fun! Kiley and Sara were knowledgeable and showed us art and gave us info we never would have known about. Lots of laughs too. highly recommend!
Elizabeth was amazing! Such a treat! She was so well prepared, fun, smart and interactive! My sisters and I had a great time! I have recommended this tour to many of my friends! Looking forward to more Course Horse in the new year! Thank you for the excellent job you do!
It’s different experience than to go by Yourself and read the “stories “. Most of the time I don’t remember anything. But with this experience in museum I not just remember, but I am telling my friends too. We didn’t explore everything ( its not possible anyway) but everything we talked about was interesting and memorable. Thank You
Awesome! Highly recommend.
