I recommended this class to others and even took it a second time with my parents when they came into town. The studio space was clean, professional, and welcoming. The people were friendly and the teacher was great as explaining every step of the stained glass process. I am trying to learn more about the craft and take more classes at Elementary Art Center. This beginner's class serves as an introduction to stained glass. Students will use recycled glass pieces to compose an abstract glass panel. This workshop will cover topics such as glass scoring, cutting and sanding. Students will adhere the composition together with copper foil and solder and choose between various finishes in order to personalize their respective pieces.
This is a four hour class with a short break in the middle.
No experience necessary. All materials will be included!

The Element Art Center is making an exception to temporarily relax their rescheduling criteria due to the current situation in LA. Students can request to reschedule at least 1 hour before the start time of the class at no additional cost
Great class and great teachers. Couldn’t recommend it more! In the course of four hours, we learned everything we needed in order to walk out with a completed piece. Teachers were hands-on, and patient and super friendly. Great experience!
