Design and create your own unique woven Wall Tapestry!

This is a fun + creative workshop where you will play with color, texture and basic weaving on a hand crafted loom.

Complete your own woven wall tapestry ready to gift or hang in your home. All are welcome from fiber newbies to crafty pros.

Show up ready to let go and create!  All instruction and looms included in this workshop.

Materials: 

    • Use of a loom, dowels, and needles (Instructor will provide these for use in the class)
    • Bring 3-5 yarns of different yarn types from medium to super bulky or roving,  about 10 yards each type. Ornamental yarns are great to use on these are well.
    • Scissors

    Refund Policy

    • We do require a 4 business days advance notice for cancellations. A 5% non-refundable processing fee will be applied for refund requests.
    • No refunds, partial or full, will be given for cancellations made less than 4 business days prior to the start of the event.

    In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

      Trudy is very patient with her students. She encourages your creativity while gently suggesting other ideas or color combinations. I appreciate her input as she is knowledgeable about creating a tapestry you will be happy with as an end result. The environment at The Knitting Tree is sure to motivate your inner artist. Annette, the owner, is also very helpful. The store is beautifully laid out with all kinds of yarns and everything you could possibly need that has to do with fiber arts and more! I highly recommend the classes and the visit to this amazing place!

      The class was fun and the teacher did a good job. Communication could have been better, in advance of the class. I tried contacting someone and didn’t receive a response. Zoom isn’t ideal for a weaving class that is so hands-on but it worked better than I thought it would. The class was about the right size.
