Description
What you'll learn in this cake decorating class:
This class we will be learning the basics to baking great cake, the chemistry of that cake, icing smoothly, and decorating with borders, roses, leaves, and string work and piping techniques. This is a great class if you are just starting out or are being challenged and need to know the secrets that the pros don't want you to know.
Supply List
Cake
- 2 Layers of 8 inch round cake on a 8 inch cake board. Follow the back of the box of the cake mix
- Do not fill the cake batter more than 2/3 full. This will take the better part of the box.
Supplies to purchase
- One 12 inch foil wrapped board
- 2 pound commercial buttercream
- 4 inch straight cake spatula
- 2 plastic decorator bags with couplers. Tips #12, #18, #3
- Turn Table
- 1 package of Halloween sprinkles of your choice
Supplies to bring at home:
- Plastic table cloth
- Scissors
- Spray bottle with water
Refund Policy
If a class is full no credit, no refund, if the class is not full we will give credit for a class in the future, give us 4 business days notice and we will credit you for another class. This credit must be used within 6 months of being issued.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
