Description

In order to make great cake you need to have an understand the chemistry. I will be going over the chemistry, baking and of course the fundamentals of decorating. Learn different consistencies of icing, icing a cake smoothly, and the techniques of piping, flowers, vines, composition and more.

If a class is full no credit, no refund, if the class is not full we will give credit for a class in the future, give us 4 business days notice and we will credit you for another class. This credit must be used within 6 months of being issued.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
