Description

In this comprehensive program, children encounter a diverse range of artistic subjects and media in ways that are accessible, engaging, and foundational to their artistic development.

Each class session begins with a brief demonstration from our experienced instructor covering that day's specific techniques and exercises, from watercolor painting to cartoon storytelling to creating animal portraits. We guide each student through the completion of their artwork, adjusting our instruction to match the individual pacing, attention span, and developmental level of each child.

Once students complete their assigned artwork, they have the opportunity to explore free drawing and painting, reinforcing and expanding upon the skills and concepts learned during the guided instruction.

All materials are provided.
