- Customers can cancel up to 6 business days before the class and receive store credit.
- If a customer cancels within 6 business days of the class, the customer forfeits the cost of the class, unless a replacement fills the spot, in which case store credit will be given.
- No refunds or store credit will be given after a class has begun.

To be fair to our instructors and other customers we cannot provide make-up classes for missed sessions.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
