This course helps students create and express themselves through acrylic painting. Students will receive step-by-step instruction to learn acrylic painting techniques covering concepts such as, basic color theory, composition, brush strokes, blending, and much more.
Please read: Students need to have access to acrylic paints (primary colors are a must), a brush set for acrylic paints, 2 smalls cups or tin cans, pencil, eraser, and canvases or canvas paper.
There are no refunds or transfers after a class begins. Requests to withdraw from a class or transfer to another Community Services class must be done 5 OR MORE DAYS prior to the first class meeting. There is a $15 service charge per class for each refund or transfer requested. If you enrolled in a class less than 5 days prior to the first class meeting, NO refunds will be given. There are no refunds or credits for absences and late registrations are not pro-rated. Missed class meetings may not be made up in another class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
