I took this course 9 days ago, and just went over my notes last night. This course is a fun way interrupt your normal patterns of being and bring fun, play, and creativity into speaking. Throughout the weekend, we learned techniques and exercises to improve our voice, memory, creativity, and effectiveness in speaking. I wish I knew about these exercises sooner!

I've been coming to Captivating Speakers for more than three years. Chanti Niven is in a class by herself when it comes to pulling the best out of you for public speaking. She has an intuitive way about her that sees what we cannot see in ourselves and then coaches us to improve exponentially. I recommend any of the Captivating Courses without reservation. You will not be disappointed.

I've been studying speaking with Chantal Niven for a few years, since I hired her to help me publicize a book. During this time, my confidence has grown exponentially, and I've moved from daring to do a radio interview (2015) to participating in speaking competitions - and winning - on a regular basis. I now speak, professionally and for fun, once or twice a month, and people frequently, mistakenly, think I'm naturally confident and have been doing it all my life. The best training I know of, for whatever kind of speaking one is doing, is the Captivating Speakers Gym. We get a mixture of support and critique that sends us out, every session, better speakers. I can't recommend it enough.

First let me say that Chanti Nivens has an incredible grasp on what it takes to be an incredible speaker. But what she has an even better skill is knowing how to explain it to you in a way that reaches you. I was able to take the feedback she provided and readily incorporate it into my subsequent speaking. The improvement in my speaking skills was dramatic. Not to mention that you get the benefit of feedback from others who are quite accomplished as well adding depth to the feedback you are receiving as a student. No where on this planet can you find training this good.

Amazing! My mind is still blown from what I've learned about myself as a person, communicator and how to positively affect anyone I am speaking to. Whether it be one person, or one thousand. Chanti and her team made the workshop really fun with lots of humor, activities and teamwork. It flew by, and at the end I didn't want it to be over. I'm definitely coming back for another session soon!

During the times I've spent at the Captivating Speakers Public Speaking Workshops, I've become more aware. When attending the workshops you not only get a chance to listen to others, you are encouraged to get involved. If you are a guest, you may be asked to participate in an improve exercises. However, if you are truly uncomfortable there is no pressure to preform. Now, say you are a speaker for the evening, you will receive amazing advice and personalize direction from the coaches. If your neither here or there, then you may be a bit singled out to stand up and introduce yourself, or take turn in a warm up exercise. Please do come and join in the community at Captivating Speakers.
