Join Chef David for an interactive culinary workshop that brings authentic Spanish cuisine to life. This engaging session guides you through preparing several beloved dishes from Spain, all made using premium ingredients and time-honored cooking methods.
Throughout the class, you'll work on four distinct Spanish recipes. Begin with pan con tomate, a deceptively simple preparation that showcases the importance of selecting quality tomatoes and bread. Next, you'll learn to prepare a refreshing salad of thinly shaved Brussels sprouts balanced with creamy Manchego cheese and sweet date pieces. The centerpiece of your culinary experience is a traditional paella combining tender chicken and savory chorizo sausage with properly cooked arborio rice. The class concludes with baking a classic Spanish almond cake, bringing together sweet and nutty flavors.
Feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to complement the meal as you work and enjoy the dishes you've prepared.
