Dennis Jennings is a professional facilitator who assists individuals and organizations seeking to successfully navigate the challenges and the opportunities of a continually changing environment. He is particularly skilled at designing processes to meet the situation and needs of the organizations’ he serves. As a facilitator Dennis creates a safe environment for individuals to share differences and to find common ground. As a trainer he seeks to demonstrate that facilitation skills are accessible and can be applied by those open to learning them. Dennis designs and delivers programs in Strategic Planning and Implementation, Mission Development, Public Participation and Team Development.


Judy Weddle teaches both introductory and advanced facilitation courses; and she serves as part of a team of assessors of those desiring ToP certification. 
 Judy’s skill as a Mentor Trainer is grounded in her 30 years of practical experience as a professional facilitator, where she worked in public participation, international rural development as well as organizational development and strategic planning. As a facilitator Judy creates a safe environment for individuals to share differences and to find common ground. As a trainer she seeks to demonstrate that facilitation skills are accessible and can be applied by those open to learning them. She has worked in the health, education, government, and non-profit sectors. Additionally, she has worked with foundations, international non-government groups and in public participation projects.


Seva Gandhi has been in the field of community development as an organizer and facilitator, locally and abroad, for the past decade. She received her Master's in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on community organizing and nonprofit management from the University of Michigan. Seva supports organizations and initiatives working on social change through her organizational development consulting, facilitation, and training. Seva’s own work focuses on community engagement, environmental justice, and anti-racism. Currently, she serves as the Director of Programs and Partnerships at the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), on the Board of the Asset Based Community Development Institute, and on the leadership team of CROAR, Chicago Regional Organizing for Anti-Racism. Seva’s interests involve food sovereignty, riding her bicycle, crafting, and cooking.
