I had a blast in this course. Dolly is a master of her domain, a warm, confident cook who threw open her home and whipped up enough roti, curry, channah, etc., to feed an army. I grew up in a West Indian kitchen but learned so much more here than I ever thought possible: about how to cook delicious food with skill and flair. I mean, the woman got me to eat curried goat for the first time. It was sublime. She knows her stuff. Her love of cooking was obvious, and her enthusiasm was infectious. Oh, and I love her laugh. Best cooking class I've had so far.
