Zoom Life Drawing with a Model
I did enjoy the Zoom Life Drawing class and really appreciate everyone who was involved in putting it together! I know with the pandemic it was challenging and at times impossible to actually get people together in a room, so I was grateful for the chance to do this modified version. There was also something so nice about being able to connect with other artists in a large group zoom with low pressure to chat since everyone was there to just draw and hang out--much needed in times of isolation! There were a few issues with the lighting and placement of the model during the class I took. Sometimes the model wasn't totally in frame, or their connection would cause lag or screen freezing. A good portion of the time during the class was spent trying to fix these issues which was a bit of a bummer. No one's fault and like I said, I really appreciate that this was put together, but for those reasons I was waiting for the in-person life drawing classes to resume to sign up for more. -
