It was well done. My only suggestion is that she start out getting people ready I.e. prepare and position yarn. I started out behind because my yarn got tangled. Cara was great when I raised my hand she back tracked for me. I would definitely take a class again. -

Basket Weaving
What a wonderful two weekends of basket weaving. The teacher was extremely good a teaching on zoom. I learned two different basket techniques - a woven basket and a coil basket - I am excited to keep working on my technique for those styles and modifications she discussed with us. So fun to meet people across the country interested in learning a craft - and the other students were very talented! The instructor helped us share just enough of our own lives to bring us together as a group. Makes such a fun environment in which to learn. -

The class was so fun! I took it with a couple of my nieces and we had a blast. If I were to take the class again, I would pay attention to Catherine as she goes through the steps of folding and dyeing and then when she sends the link for the class, start the process for yourself. It’s so much easier to pause the video if you need extra time and resume when you are ready. I would highly recommend the class. -

This class was great - not a full five stars because there were some technical issues with the video at first, but it was a very informative class! There were so many techniques to see and learn about. Catherine walked us all the way through to making/mixing the dye and even unfolding to see the finished products. She was awesome! It might be good if there was a multi-series class that covers some of the more intricate techniques (thread work) and also some pointers on composition of larger pieces like tshirts. -
