It was well done. My only suggestion is that she start out getting people ready I.e. prepare and position yarn. I started out behind because my yarn got tangled. Cara was great when I raised my hand she back tracked for me. I would definitely take a class again. -

I loved the knitting course. Berta (the instructor) is extremely patient and has a good way of explaining the concepts so that you can remember how to do it when you are practicing on your own. The assignments in between class are designed so that you have plenty of practice so that you can get comfortable learning what is new. The store is absolutely beautiful! The location is central to everything and easy to get to. I looked forward to attending my classes every week. I was so excited about the course that I think that I told all of my friends that I was learning how to knit. -

I ended up being the only one in the class that day so it was really amazing getting one-on-one guidance on how to use my machine (literally had never touched a sewing machine prior to that night). She walked me through EVERYTHING. Now I feel super confident to craft at home and make all the things! So excited for this new skill and for the tote bag I made in class :) -

Additionally, the class was small enough that I was able to get tons of individualized attention and help. The yarn shop is also beautiful and filled with quality yarn and needles. -

Beginning Knitting
This is a great way to learn knitting! You get a lot of personal attention, and the pace is fast but manageable - it encourages a decent amount of practice between sessions so you really get the hang of it. The one thing I'd want people to be aware of is that if you don't have any knitting materials already, the materials cost adds up to about $120 over the three sessions. However, I really enjoyed this class and would highly recommend it / go back for others! -

The instructor Cat was very informative and gave excellent instruction and problem solving in leather working. We were able to learn several techniques that were applicable in many ways in a short amount of time. It would be helpful if there was the next level of class offered after this - an intermediate to advanced to work on techniques and to learn more solutions.
