How do the LIVE VIA ZOOM online courses work?
Structure: Participants engage directly with their instructor and fellow students throughout scheduled Zoom sessions. Many courses feature assignments that students complete between classes, with submission deadlines that encourage ongoing participation during the week. Some courses may include project work and visual presentation requirements.
Schedule: Consult the detailed course information for specific dates and times. Participants can join Zoom sessions without needing a personal Zoom account; they simply need to log in at the scheduled time. Instructors frequently record sessions, so if you anticipate missing a class, we recommend notifying your instructor in advance.
Time commitment: The amount of time you invest in your online course will depend on the quantity and complexity of assignments you complete.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refunds (less 5% cancellation fee) must be requested at least 6 business days prior to the first session or no refund is permissible.
Fees are nontransferable. Registration and technology fees (applied to credit-bearing courses) are nonrefundable, and a drop fee applies to dropped credit‐bearing courses resulting in a refund.
There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
