Most people are familiar with simple window treatments, but can also be unaware of the vast resources and myriad design choices that are available. Over this course, we will review the types of window treatments categorically; various systems, both automated and manual for their installation and operation; and discuss materials and fabrication. We will also review window treatments of all types, such as blinds, shades, and drapery as well as installation and mounting systems. Familiarity with textiles and AutoCAD is helpful, but not required.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
