Description

What you'll learn in this butchery class:

Join Chef Al for an evening of fun and food. Observe how to handle and butcher meats and fish in our public butchering classes. All classes are held at the restaurant in our downstairs kitchen. The demonstration style classes begin at 6:00 pm last approximately 3 hours.

Each fee includes a meal, BYOB is allowed, so be prepared to have a great time!

Special Notes: 
  • Please wear non-slip shoes and very casual clothes
  • The butchered meat is available at the end of class at reduced retail price.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
  • Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

    It was so much fun and sooo informative. Al was wonderful! Casual atmosphere which allowed you to get right in on all aspects of the process. Highly recommend this class, can't wait to go back next month for his sausage making class.
