Guided by the seasons, explore themes of creation, growth, letting go, and renewal amidst the tranquil beauty of nature. Immerse yourself in contemplation, journaling, and mindful wandering to nourish your spirit and find solace in the rhythms of existence.
Relax deeply with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guiding you into a meditative state of acceptance. As you lie comfortably, allow the frequencies to help you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and sensations, leading to profound relaxation. No experience is necessary to benefit from this peaceful, restorative practice.
Lie down, get comfortable, and experience the powerful frequencies of the crystal singing bowls. As the sound evolves, practice the art of acceptance and become aware of sensations, thoughts, emotions, and memories that arise and give way to a deep state of relaxation. No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to participate and/or benefit from the experience. You may bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or a pillow; chairs are also available.
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] 2 business days prior to the program’s start date and time. The registration fee will be refunded less a 15% processing charge. A refund is issued in the form of a credit on file (to be used for future programs).
Refund requests submitted less than 48 hours prior to a program start date are non-transferable and are not eligible for a refund.
Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable on and after the program’s start date. We cannot refund fees requested on or after the start date of a program or for sessions missed due to student illness or other personal situations.
Registration fees for courses grouped and priced as a series will be considered one program and subject to all of the above guidelines. A refund request must be received prior to the start date of the series' first class session and will subsequently cancel your registration in every session of the series.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Classrooms 1 – 13 are located in the Learning Center on the Regenstein Learning Campus. Park in lot six and follow the walking path along the Robert R. McCormick Foundation Plaza and entry drive. (a five-minute walk from the parking lot).
