I loved this course! It was so much fun, and I never thought I be able to make such great-tasting croissants. So much great feedback and guidance. Highly recommend this course!

Teacher is great but there was simply too much material to cover in the 2 hours! Should be a 3-4 he course. The pace made it a bit stressful.

Really good experience. Croissants have seemed intimidating, but after walking though the process - especially with tips for remedying issues - we're ready to tackle these again on our own. The people we shared the croissants with said they tasted like they did in France!

Eve was excellent - clear, patient, answered questions, and was easy to follow. The overhead camera really helped with following along with the steps.

Eve was great…there were a lot of moving pieces but she made it work—my croissants turned out great for the first time. Eve answered questions well and this class was very enjoyable. I’m glad I did it.

Eve was an amazing instructor, the bread and the focaccia are very delicious recipe. I recommend this class!!

The class was awesome and so was the trainer. The recipe was simple to follow and bread tasted really well. I just personally feel that for people like me (beginners), it would have been nicer if the class was in two sessions - Day 1 Making the dough and doing some baking Day 2 Baking the bread. But no complaints overall great experience.

Very thorough step by step bread class. My wife an I took the class. In our case we made focaccia. Teacher is really knowledgeable and good at she does. Would love to take another bread class with her.

This class was exactly what I was looking for - the instructor was very knowledgeable and approachable and tried to make sure everyone understood her instructions and kept up with the class.

I can't believe I made bagels.
As a novice this was very challenging but Eve was very comforting and she was able to help all of us who were on different levels.
We also made roasted garlic.
My bagels were delicious and devour that day.
Thank you Course Horse for giving me the opportunity to explore and eat.

It was my first time making bread.The instructor was amazing, patient and a first rate chef.
Because of this experience I will try to take all of her classes.
Eve Bergazyn was able to comfort me in my stressful moments.
The bread was delicious and since then I have made bread on my own.

This was a great class. Chef Eve checked in with the participants to make sure our croissants were perfect. She took time to answer questions and helped participants trouble shoot. I feel confident, from the skills I learned in her class, to make croissants again. I'm looking forward to another class with Chef Eve.
