  • The instructor was very good about adapting poses for people who couldn't achieve the original pose. Holding time was perfect. I would have preferred to start on my back. It was hard, in the beginning, to do poses looking down when I couldn't see the screen. I think starting with poses I could see first would have helped me to understand other poses I couldn't see after I got used to her language and references. The music was distracting and I was glad when she turned it off. Music is okay, but not songs. I was glad for the quick break in the middle. I felt great when I was finished with the session. I would like to take another course from Nadia.
