Learn how to create these awe-inspiring pastries from the comfort of your own home in this 2-hour intensively interactive virtual cook along. With our chef as your guide, you’ll learn just how approachable these impressive desserts really are.
Menu:
- Cinnamon-Sugar Palmiers
- Cream Puffs with Pastry Cream and Chocolate Glaze

- Working with puff pastry
- Making pâte à choux
- Preparing custard
- Using cornstarch as a thickener
- Selecting and working with chocolate
Our Virtual Cook Along classes, via Zoom, will have you and your chef cooking together in real time. We’ll provide you with the recipe packet, equipment list and class syllabus upon registration, so you’re prepared to get cooking! Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions are answered live by the chef either during or after class.

Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy
All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
