Good part: feedback at the end Class was basically watching instructor paint. It moved to fast and was not suitable for a beginner. Class ended in 55 minutes. Why rush? Reference photo should have been provided prior to course. Class was more of a introduction to the instructor and her art program . Overall: I think instructor is knowledgeable about watercolors as an artist. -

Instructor is very knowledgeable. It would be helpful to provide some more detailed information prior to the class, such as provide your own landscape photo to use or have a copy of the one the instructor will use. Perhaps having the opportunity to sketch it out ahead of time would allow for more time to paint and not feel so rushed. -

Very goodinstructor. Only issue was that it was difficult to listen and watch the instructor at the same time trying to produce a drawing, class was only one hour so there was really not enough time to draw and watch, excellent suggestions, though! -

Virtual Landscape Watercolor
Kiya demonstrated step by step how to approach painting a landscape from a photo that she had chosen. Students painted along and in this small group she answered our questions about color mixing, perspective drawing, textures, and layering color. It was a relaxed class and she encouraged us to experiment.
