Confidence, Spontaneity, and the power of YOU! As we transition from child to teenage actors, our feelings of self-consciousness and fear of being embarrassed tend to activate every defense mechanism in the mind, body, and voice. Consequently, the walls come up and we turn into safe versions of ourselves, suppressing every natural and instinctual urge to be funny, silly, and real, at the risk of appearing flawed or simply (gasp!) human.  But,...

  • Jill was such a great host and made the class very entertaining and educational.

  • Very fun Halloween class! A joy as always

  • Jenn was a great instructor. She is very patient and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed her instruction. I recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to create a sloper and learn about draping. The course list was not up to date when I signed up. Note that you will need to purchase a manequinn, hip curve, and tracing wheel and you will need a soft surface to place under the pattern when using your tracing wheel. I also recommend a cutting board. You also need to have a sewing machine (or be willing to sew by hand). There is only homework between the 3rd and 4th classes during which you will use the sewing machine.

  • very approachable, excellent instruction/information, and delicious food!

  • I loved it! My instructor was so helpful and took the time to help us all out individually.

  • We did not know what to expect, but boy were we pleasantly surprised. The class was very informative and a lot of fun. The hosts were very engaging and helped us along at every step of the process. They've spent a lot of time creating this process and have had quite the journey to it. The materials provided a great range of colors and patterns and no one's vase looked the same! Great mother-daughter activity and would take more classes with Ingrid and Gayle! 10/10

  • I have seriously enjoyed learning from Raphael for the past 3 sessions. I went in with very limited knowledge about drawing technique, and feel as though through Raphaels teaching and guidance, and the time provided by these lessons, I have gained a new passion. Raphael is very encouraging and makes the 2 1/2 hours something to truly look forward to. It is perfectly structured, with a focus on the project you're working on, then a short break to socialize and show sketches we've drawn throughout the week. Everyone I've met in the three sessions is so nice and talented, although it is a completely beginner friendly atmosphere. Raphael has a lot of repeat students who have been learning from him for years, which is a testament to his great teaching style. Overall a really lovely experience and I'd love to continue learning from Raphael in the future! Would highly recommend this class.

  • Great teacher, well formatted and hands on experience!!!

  • Well done and learned some things along the way. Made our 25th anniversary even better.

  • Instructor was great!

  • The class was a great intro tennis! I will probably take it again.

  • The hunt was a great experience for our team. The instructions were clear, there were plenty of clues to uncover, and we learned a lot of interesting things along the way. It was more challenging than we expected, which made it all the more rewarding.

  • It was great, the team enjoyed! Thank you!

  • Great class to learn how to navigate a sewing machine and feel confident to do simple projects upon completion.

  • Great class! Time flew as I worked on my first piece with great guidance, along with fun and interesting commentary about the history of art in the world.

  • Exceptional class, Jyl is a masterclass teacher!

  • It was fun and very instructive!

  • Really enjoyed the class. First time with watercolors. I’m hooked!

  • Great place to learn Facilities are clean and staff is very helpful, I’m definitely resigning and looking forward to coming here again

  • Outstanding class, highly customized to my level of understanding (which was not much) and my interests in this form of art. Clau did an amazing job and was incredibly patient. Absolutely would take this again.

  • Very interesting class. The presenter, who is the business owner, is friendly and informative, patient and helpful. She provided notes after the class for those who want to remember the details of the discussion, which was extensive. I look forward to taking the next class. Very good value, too. Highly recommended and we were sent home with an herbal medicine made in class.

  • We loved the Virtual Escape Room Monsters and Ghouls. It had all kinds of puzzles and games, and the host was engaging with everyone. All our team is remote so this is a great idea and opportunity for us to connect.

  • Had a lovely day at this class, very enjoyable and fun learning to make macaroons. Highly recommended.

  • Lots of fun. Very well organized.

  • Absolute blast. Instructor was fun, pace of the evening was spot on. Thoroughly enjoyed the night

  • Thanks for checking in - the event was great!

  • Had an amazing experience finally getting taking the figure drawing class, the moderator was super attentive, love the ambience and opportunity to have this art outlet after work.

  • Wonderful introduction to drawing for a beginner. Eddie spent individual time instructing me at my level and also gave plenty of time on my own to try things out. He was also working with other more advanced students.

  • Junko was a wealth of knowledge and super patient and kind. The class was really amazing and I learned a lot of techniques and history of the Nageire style. I will definitely be back to take more of her classes!

  • I’ve been looking for a stone carving class for a while. I’m so glad I found this one. First, the Compleat Sculpture is an amazing place. The entire staff is so nice and knowledgeable. The quarry took my breath away. My teacher Alex is amazing. I learned so much the first day about the nuances of each tool. He helped me every step. He’s so knowledgeable and kind. I love my class . I can’t recommend Alex enough.

Will definitely take another class with her as well as at the site. Love all the cute craft kits and supplies there. Can't wait for my next craft adventure.

  • Really enjoyable class and easy to follow along. Great to take home a piece of artwork too!

  • Auzzie is an amazing instructor, the demos she did were great and the class was so fun. The studio has a very comfortable vibe and the other students were lovely to learn alongside. I would definitely recommend to anyone curious about stained glass.
