    Really nice class as i booked it for myself only. I was invited and placed with a family of 5 that was so nice. Learn how to make pasta with no machines but use your hands and correct tools, the really Italian way. I didn't realize that machines can heat up your ingredients for your sources and can ruin them. I am here in town for 6 months and wanted to do something over the weekend and these classes works for me and can for you too! Cheers!

    The instructor was great honestly. She was super helpful, friendly, and inclusive of everyone. I think my only complaint with the experience was that the cooking class was not held in a kitchen and the class was not as communal as I would have expected or liked. I would recommend the experience to a friend though.

    The chef and his staff did a great job teaching us how to create a homemade pasta dinner from scratch. The instruction started with a visual instruction, then we were on our own (group-wise) to replicate what the chef did. The additional staff were friendly and helpful floating around to see how we were progressing and answer any questions we may have had. Bring a friend, date or come on your own....everyone is friendly and don't forget to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy your nice dinner with. TIP: bring a shopping bag if you want to take home leftovers.

    My wife and I attended the cooking class for our anniversary. The overall experience was very good. The location, venue and setup was very nice. The chef was informative and helpful. The food was tasty. I would say to seal the deal, perhaps some coffee with a pastry towards the end. Other than that, the class was very good.

    I cannot rave about Abigail and her crew enough! The class was fun, informative, and well organized. All THREE chefs were simply amazing! The bartenders were very tentative, the type that took care of things before you even knew you needed it. The whole team went above and beyond.     This class was so fun!! This is the second class I've taken with Chef Sandro. Chef Sandro is extremely personable, is always walking around giving tips and advice, and he plays some great music while we prepare and cook our dishes. My friend and I are doing a 3rd class with him in June. Check out these classes, you will NOT be disappointed. The sauce we made for our pasta dish was OUT of THIS WORLD!!!

    Instructor Kim, and her amazing team, Jenny and Nubiae, kept the class swift and clear. We learned the basics of pasta-making, and got the aperitif of true New York love and history. New York is fresh Italian pasta. The simple ingredients composed a meal full of generosity and laughter, mixed with fresh pepper, parsley, and heaps of Romano. We were way too happy and too full by the end. But I'd do it til my belt popped.
