What to bring
You need a sharpening stone (as shown in the photo), a honing steel, your knives, a towel, a cutting board, and any produce you have on hand.
Your teacher will provide a detailed list of tools and materials and notes on where to procure them, and prep instructions one week before the class.
No special tools or equipment required. We teach you how to substitute with confidence.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
