Description
What you'll learn in this sketch class:
With the museum’s exhibitions and grounds for inspiration, each week students learn techniques to develop skills in drawing and observing. Taught in a gallery setting, students self-select an artwork to sketch from that sparks creativity or ideas. A supportive and positive group critique wraps up the day. Provided with a sketchpad and portable media such as graphite pencils, colored pencils, charcoal, and oil pastels, students will work with artist Jenny Ziomek to develop their own personal styles.
Note:
- Proof of age will be requested on the day of the event.
- Pre-registration is required for all classes.
- Art materials and parking fees included in tuition.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will only be granted if the art class is cancelled. Please notify us immediately of any cancellations so that a student on our waiting list can attend class. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made three weeks before class start date. No refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to class start date.
