What you'll learn in this braising class:
Christmas and New Year’s Day are quickly approaching! Spend the afternoon with Nephresha the Cooking Coach for her December cooking class: putting together a main dish and two side dishes that will wow your family and friends at the holiday table.
In this class participants will learn about the art of braising. Short ribs will be braised three ways: in beef stock, red wine, and beer. Kale and black eyed peas will also be braised, as both traditionally signify luck and prosperity for the New Year. Participants will gain hands-on experience in the technique of braising protein and vegetables, and all recipes are included in the class.
