Jackie has extensive yoga experience and a certification in Hatha Yoga from Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh, India. However, she wasn't always a yoga enthusiast. In fact, she was dragged to her first yoga. After a few months of painfully early morning classes, she started feeling positive changes in both her mind and body. Yoga went on to transform her life for the better, and now she is excited and committed to help others reap the benefits. She structures her lifestyle and classes around the five R’s of yoga: rest, rhythm, repair, rejuvenation and reprogramming. She enthusiastically welcomes people with all interest levels and experience to try out her classes. She loves to think of her classes as a yoga buffet, where she invites her students to take what they like and leave what they do not. She feels extremely fortunate to be able to teach and is always learning from her students.
