Keya Merah is a joyful and encouraging yoga teacher and herbalist with a passion for women’s health and lifestyle cleansing! She is certified to teach both hatha vinyasa (Yoga Works 200 hr w/ Annie Carpenter) and Kundalini Yoga (Kundalini Research Institute 200 hr w/ Krishna Kaur) as well as Pregnancy Yoga (Golden Bridge 90 hr w/ Gurmukh Kaur ) She has been teaching yoga, leading workshops for women’s health and full body herbal cleansing for the past 9 years through her company Hariatma Int’l Yoga Herbs www.hariatma.com. Using yogic healing techniques she was able to stabilize her medical condition called endometriosis, then go on to have a healthy baby naturally- after Doctor’s told her she wouldn’t be able to. Incorporating consistent yoga, breath meditation/mantra, acupuncture, diet and herbs, have proven to be powerful alternatives to surgery and have kept her out of the operating room for the past 13 years!
